Application forms can be completed electronically. Applicants who have the full version of Adobe Acrobat can save the forms with their information intact. Applicants who have only Adobe Reader must print the form once it has been completed.

Computer Use Form
This form is required for all School participants who wish to use Furman University computers or access Furman's wireless network while attending the School. User names and passwords must be requested in advance by completing this form. No user names or passwords will be issued by Furman during the week of the School.
The Computer Use Form is a secure form provided by Furman University. It cannot be completed electronically.
EXPLANATION: For Furman University to retain its exemption from the very expensive and tedious requirements placed on public internet service providers by the federal law known as the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), Furman must qualify as a "private" network. This status requires that the identity of all network users be authenticated through appropriate documentation. Guests, conference participants and others who are not known to the university through an official existing relationship (such as students, staff and faculty) are therefore required to provide proof of identity before being issued credentials to use the network for the duration of their visit to campus.
